Online entries close on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 11:59pm and in person at the Fun Run on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 6:00am.

Your race entry, event t-shirt (extra cost), race number, event timing, and more!

Race Pack collection is mandatory for ALL entrants. This is held on Saturday before the fun run. An email will be sent to all registered participants prior to the event with updates and any specific information relating to Race Pack pick up.

Yes, someone else can pick up your race pack if you cannot make it. Just make sure you bring the confirmation email of the entrant.

The event schedule is as follows:

5:30am to 6:00am – All runners and supporters to arrive and be checked in

6am – Roads Closed

6.30am Running Commences – Dogs, walkers, prams and scooters will be directed to the back of each group in the following order:

6:30am – 10km runners start

6:45am – 5km runners start

7:00am – 3km runners start

No, you can run, walk, skip or crawl. We do not allow bikes on the course however for safety reasons. Also if you register, you do not necessarily have to do the fun run at all.

Your Run for MI Life shirt or singlet (available for purchase when you register!) and comfortable exercise clothing, joggers and a hat. And don’t forget the sunscreen!

No, all ages are welcome to enter.

Yes, Run for MI Life is a Charity event raising awareness for depression and suicide. Funds raised go towards Suicide Prevention, training, education and research.

Yes, you can register and pay on the day.

No, we do not do refunds as this is a charity event.

Your furry friends are welcome at the event, as long they are on a lead and you clean up after them. Prams are also allowed however we do ask that you start at the back of the field.

Unfortunately no pushbikes are allowed due to health and safety guidelines, all others are ok.

If you are unable to continue at any point along the course, you should seek assistance from a Run for MI Life volunteer who will get help for you as soon as possible. Do not continue if you feel unwell.

Please find Run for MI Life Volunteer that will be wearing a high-vis vest and let them know as quickly as possible. They will have the MC do an announcement. There will also be police officers present.
